New from GSpeed, a dry-break intercooler bleeding tool to help bleed the difficult factory supercharger cooling systems on 2014+ Corvettes.

Using Jiffy-Tite brand dry-break valves, our custom fitting replaces the factory fill plug, enabling you to get as much air out of the system as possible.

With our system, you can add a 20oz reservoir that becomes the “new” high point in the system.  With our Pump Override Tool, you can run the intercooler pump without running the engine, enabling you to reach into the engine bay and squeeze hoses to agitate the system as much as possible.  Once the air is evacuated, simply disconnect the reservoir with our dry-break valves, and the system is immediately closed off and ready to go.

Properly bleeding the air out of your 2014+ Corvette Z06 is extremely important to intercooler pump performance.  When air is introduced to the system, cavitation can cause the electric coolant pump to go into a self-induced three minute shutdown.  This shutdown period will not throw a check engine light, and will only be apparently when intake temperatures skyrocket and cause the car to go into limp mode.

This tool allows you to manually cycle the intercooler pump without running the engine.  By temporarily plugging into the under-hood fuse box, you will be able to cycle the supercharger coolant while filling the system.  This greatly eases the bleeding process and helps prevent air from getting trapped in the system.

C7 Z06 Stage II Cooling System
