SUPERLEGGERA

The Superleggera is an evolution of the X-Light+ shoe. It was developed with Formula 1 World Champion Max Verstappen. He had direct feedback on what he wanted in his shoe. The Superleggera features a unique fireproof stretch fabric that has been developed by the Sparco engineers to be breathable and durable. The Superleggera stretch fabric wraps around the upper foot and ankle like a second skin and prevents dust, soil or other materials from entering the shoe. The remaining upper is breathable cloth material that gives support from the toe box to the heal. These two features combine to produce one of the most comfortable and supportive racing shoe. The Superleggera features a Carbon Fiber sole. The special Carbon Fiber was developed by Sparco Engineers in the Sparco OEM Seating Division. This carbon fiber is unique because it has been developed to be flexible, it is inlayed into the sole and runs from the toe to the heel. Carbon Fiber is visible through the window of the ultra-thin oil-resistant and anti-static sole which offers greater pedal sensitivity. The sole extends high up the back of the shoe for extra support. The Superleggera is available in four colors in sizes from 37 to 48. Superleggera is FIA 8856-2018 approved.
