The GSpeed advanced cam kits are designed to take over where our basic kits stop. These kits will have more advanced lobe designs to the cams and more std features included with them over the basic kits. Our LS3 package is designed for any LS using the LS3 style intake port config.

Items added to the basic kit are: C5R single row timing chain, ARP cam gear bolts, your choice of rocker arm upgrades, and a light weight single conical style spring that we have been using on a lot of our road race engines from HorsePower Research. We have found the conical Comp Cam spring to be very stable under the harshest conditions and extremely reliable.

Included in your kit are:

Camshaft
Comp Conical springs, tool steel retainers, locators, seals
ARP cam gear bolts
C5R single row chain
3/8” chrome moly pushrods
3 bolt cam gear
non-sprung chain damper
GM balancer bolt
NGK spark plugs

Camshaft options:

Stage I: Classic muscle car sound, high flow mufflers and air filter suggested. Minimal impact and drivability.
Stage II: Great for mixed street and track use. More aggressive idle and power increases. High flow intake and exhaust suggested.
Stage III: Focused for maximum increase in power for track use. Full exhaust and intake upgrades mandatory.
Stage IV: Largest cam selection with focus on all out HP over 3000 RPM. Customer will need to check piston to valve clearance and may require fly cutting of the pistons on stock short block engines.
